Hi. Thnx 4 this video. I follow u a lot since long time. Tell me how to reduce mummy belly as i hv been using everything like strict diet control with no outside food,with sugar control to heavy 2 hr exercising combining 40 min cardio 30-40 min of core,or strength or abs and in the end yoga for another 30-40 min for last 3 yrs. My stamina has increased a lot But no effect on mummy belly. looks like the skin has become very loose. my kids are now 10 n 15 yrs. I know we shud love our body but what to say if people still ask u if u are pregnant again? or when they say baaki sab to thik h par yeh pet kuch kam karo. pl answer as now i am left with nothing but to go for surgery. i am 42 now.
