I am always confused when people say to add chili powder. There are so many different varieties. Do I add a basic chili powder with added ingredients like garlic, etc. or do I use a specific chili powder like cayenne, arbol, guajillo….?

So excited that I went out and bought everything today! Lol. So far I've been cooking for 1.5 hours – I did add 2 tablespoons of chicken stock (I didn't have beef) about an hour in because it wasn't generating any steam/liquid. I used BBQ sauce so didn't have the acv or Worcestershire that she had. Fingers crossed it still tastes yummy
