I'm Dilshan also a Karate member at IJKA and the business development manager at Textrip(Pvt)Ltd for TEXSTRETCH resistance bands. I find this video a very useful one and a eye opener for current martial art students. Using bands for these exercises will develop speed , stability, accuracy, strength and so on.
