Like you said, I prefer "fasting workouts" because intuitively I believe that I'm burning excessive fat rather than the food I may have just consumed. Then after I've worked out, I tend to be less hungry, and psychologically I'm reluctant to eat and add back on the calories I've just burned off, or, alternatively, I'm inclined to eat more healthily, and all this makes for a good "fat burning day,"

Intermittent fasting is a great way to diet without restricting like crazy I never eat later than 6 I have chronic illnesses so go to bed around 9-10 so it's much better for me as I wake feeling sick for an hour due to meds and working out fasted is much easier on my body too so interesting to hear your experience so far 👏💖
