Sir mra weight to kam ho jata hai but fir se gain bi ho jata hai..
Mujhe thyroid hai jisse weight loss bi mushkil ss hota aur jo 7,8 kg kam ho bi jata hai to fir se gain ho jata..

Maine apki thyroid vali video bi dekhi hai but life style completly kaise change kru..
Kya galti ho rhi hai jisse kam hua weight kuch hi dino me bdh jata..

Sir, meri height 178 cm hai weight 72kg. Or age 36 year hai. Mein daily 1000 to 1200 cal diet le raha hu. Or 2hrs daily fat burn workout kar raha hu. It had pass 8 days but still I can't lose even 200 GM or not even loss inches. Pl suggest me where I am doing mistake. For your information I had stop taking dugar from 45 days. And even not taking oily things from 20 days. And I take only vegetarian diet.
