Congrayz sis! Pero ang liit tignan ng face.mo...di halata na may tinatago ka sa belly mo…hihi…ako din nagstart na mag bawas ng weight…jan.2019 up to present… from 90kg to 60kg…malayo pa pero atleast malayo na…hihi

Halos parehas tyo ng katawan pero 5'1 ako ang pinakaexercise ko walking and doing house old chores minsan dancing kc ingat ako minsan tumataas bp ko kya slowly lng talaga

congrats sis thank u kasi may natutunan ako sa video na to , ilang weeks na ako nag workout pero palaki ng palaki yung braso ko mali pala yung gngawa ko na panay padin ang kain thank u ulit sis for sharing your experience

nagstart din ako around april 15 tapos tinatrack ko with myfitnesspal na app. then exercise with heather robertson na mga routines usually diko nga natatapos. naka-3kg na nalose ko 🙂

Try mo sis intermittent fasting.. Ako din 4'11 lng height ko pro 42 ang weight ko.. Before after giving birth sa youngest ko 52 dn weight ko.. Effective skin ung IF..
