Diastasis Recti Healing Exercises (TO TIGHTEN TUMMY MUSCLES AFTER BABY)// These diastasis recti healing exercises will show you how to heal diastasis recti, or how to get rid of mommy tummy. Diastasis recti, rectus diastasis or ab separation often referred to as the ‘mommy tummy’ or ‘mummy tummy’ is where the connective tissue that covers your paired ‘six pack’ muscle stretches and weakens during pregnancy and causes the paired muscle to separate or where the two halves distance away from each other. With many women the muscle goes back together but with some women it requires specific diastasis recti exercises to heal and strengthen the post baby body. Seek diastasis recti physical therapy, or help from a women’s health physiotherapist if you suspect or can see that you have a diastasis recti of more than 2.5 fingers width or 2.5cm’s and/or the fascia tissue feels weak and stretched. This video features postnatal exercises and the best exercise to close diastasis recti for beginners. All the movements are also suitable diastasis recti exercises after c-section too.
I hope you enjoy this short workout for ab separation and you can do it even with a napping/sleeping baby in the house.

Hi mam!☺️ I had my baby 6 months ago with c section, it's my 3 baby and second cesarian. I wiegh 70 now and my age is 32. My problem is after my baby I became too fatty! My belly pouch looks so so so ugly, I am too much worried, and it's depressing that my hubby starts ignoring me due to bulky body and ugly belly pouch. I feel that I would remain like this forever!!! I don't know how to help myself 😭 or anything bring changes in me, I am so sad and lonely, can' you help me and guide me in taking food and exercises that really bring changes in me as soon as possible. I will be awaiting for your guidance and help.
