Now you can file return via SMS, in case of Nil return. 2 new cases were observed by Delhi high court. In the case of Reliance Elektrik, it was held that Transitional credit will be time-barred under the Limitation Act and not under the CGST Act. A time limit of three years is there. Thus the transitional ITC can be claimed up to June 30.
In the case of Bharti Airtel, Delhi HC held that taxpayer can rectify their GSTR 3b.
