Definitely gave me some confidence to try buttonholes. I have been a sewer for over 20 yrs and still frightened of them, Also just got my serger n LOVE IT. CAN'T DO MUCH WITH IT YET BUT THE BASICS BUT I AM LOVING IT. I AM A LIL UPSET NON OF MY MACHINES WILL GO THRO DENIM AND I REALLY WANTED TO MAKE THAT JEAN JACKET OF YOURS. Also, need a lesson on how to put rivets in clothes and what equipment I need have been looking for yrs and still don't know which ones I need to buy to do that with. So I can possibly make a shoe laced going up a sleeve if you know what I mean. Hard to explain. but they are more like metal circles and you bang them into the clothes and you can put a tie or run ribbon thro it and tie at the end. Sorry if that's a bad description. I just need to know the name on what to order and how to get the sizes right for that actual tool to use for them. I have the clothing hole puncher, but not the rest of the tools. Thanks so much.

Thank you so much for this video. You have given me the confidence needed to attempt buttonholes again. Can you do a similar video for inserting zippers and maybe the invisible zipper too. Thanks in advance

oh My Goddddd. The button hole lever! The lever! Omg. You have no idea how many times that ruined something that was literally almost done. Thank you so so much.

You can also use the seam ripper so that you first poke it in the beginning and then poke it to end of the buttonhole and after that there's no fear of ripping the hole too big, but just right amount… 🤔 I thought everybody did it like that, but seems like I was wrong 😅

You were afraid of button holes? I'm afraid to sew everything especially making something from scratch. I can't seem to get brave enough. I'm hoping some day I will. Thank you so much for your videos! 💖God bless and stay safe.

Omg! I had never been shown how to use this! You inspired me to figure it out on my own machine today! Had trouble finding my reset (i have a Kenmore and it was on the stitch selector dial instead of pushing the lever back) but I totally nailed it! Thanks Angelina!!! ❤️
